Four directions for smartplane.dev

Each is a working page you can open, scroll and click. All four lead with what Smartplane is: one governed connection between a company's AI agents and everything they can reach. Pick one, or mix the story of one with the look of another.

My recommendation

D, your sky idea. It is the most distinctive of the four and still says what the product does: the paper plane is an agent's request, flying through a grant check, a plain-English rule and the audit log. Below the sky it carries C's story and real screenshots, which keeps it serious for security buyers. A's diagram could join as a later section if you want the mechanism spelled out further.

Concept D hero: headline Clear skies for your AI agents on a light blue sky with pixel clouds, an outlined paper plane flying through a rule checkpoint ring Concept D on a phone

Clear skies

“Clear skies for your AI agents.”

Idea
A light sky with pixel clouds and an outlined paper plane in three.js. The plane is an agent's request: it flies through a grant ring, a rule ring and an audit stamp. Buttons fly a cleared pull request, a refund held for finance approval, or a force-push that gets blocked and turns back.
Proof
Below the sky: C's config before and after, real dashboard screenshots, rules with decisions, offboarding, audit and SOC 2, pricing.
Watch out
WebGL hero, so it falls back to a still frame without WebGL or with reduced motion. Screenshots need re-shooting with Smartplane branding.

Concept C hero: headline One door, not a ring of keys, beside a messy MCP config with leaked keys highlighted in red Concept C on a phone
C · problem first

One door, not a ring of keys

“One door, not a ring of keys.”

Idea
The hero is a real-looking .mcp.json: 14 servers, a live Stripe key, a read-write prod database, a leaver still connected. One switch collapses it to a single Smartplane URL.
Proof
Every later section pairs one claim with a real dashboard screenshot: access matrix, guard rules, offboarding, audit log, access review.
Watch out
Screenshots still show the old name in places and need a re-shoot with Smartplane branding.

Concept A hero: headline The control plane for your AI agents above a diagram routing calls from four agents through Smartplane to five tools Concept A on a phone
A · product literal

The control plane

“The control plane for your AI agents.”

Idea
The architecture is the hero. Calls travel from Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT and a release bot through Smartplane to GitHub, Postgres, Stripe, Drive and Linear. Most pass with the grant shown, a refund is held for finance, a Q3 delete is blocked, and each becomes an audit row.
Proof
An interactive rules panel, a leaver timeline from the directory event to the 401, and the compliance invariants.
Watch out
The most credible of the three, but also the most expected look for a developer tool. No imagery at all.

Concept B hero: headline Air traffic control for AI agents over a control tower at dusk, with a departures board of agent actions below Concept B on a phone
B · metaphor from the name

The tower

“Air traffic control for AI agents.”

Idea
Every tool call is a flight asking for clearance. A live departures board shows agent actions CLEARED, HOLDING or DENIED with the reason; click a row to see its audit record.
Proof
A working approval demo where the requester can't approve their own request, plus the security facts.
Watch out
Generated cinematic imagery and a short video loop (WaveSpeed). The strongest brand, but the metaphor has to keep translating into product truth or it turns into decoration.
